Ronald Marvin "Ronnie" Swanger, Sr.

Mr. Ronald Marvin “Ronnie” Swanger, Sr., 83, of Birmingham, passed away at his residence on Thursday, July 13, 2023.

Mr. Swanger is preceded in death by his father Thomas Swanger; and his mother Dovie Swanger.

He is survived by companion Stephanie Freeman; daughter Rhonda Ledbetter (Terry); son Ronald Swanger, Jr.; grandchildren Stefany Wesley (Jay), and Brook Mitchell ( Chris); great-grandchildren Reagan Wesley, Payton Wesley, and Jaxon Ledbetter; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services: Visitation will be held Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 11:00 AM in the Sam Hood Memorial Chapel, with funeral services following at 12:00 PM.  Burial will be at Crestview Cemetery Adamsville.  Sonny Hall will officiate.
